Description:
The Thrift Store Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the HoustonThrift Store, ensuring store sales targets are met by implementing stated standards in sales, customer service, merchandising, store staff training, reclamation, product donation flow, and the processing of in-store donations.
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Completed High School diploma.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLED KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 1 year of prior related experience, including retail, marketing, and/or store management experience
- A fashion background is desirable.
- Sound computer skills, including MO Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).

- Ability to lift to 30 pounds.

- Ability and willingness to develop an understanding and support for the mission and purpose of The Salvation Army in Canada and its implications as related to position responsibilities.
