Description The Thrift Warehouse Team Member plays an essential role in supporting the Fresno Mission’s Thrift Stores by processing donated goods and preparing them for sale. This position involves hands on work in a fast paced warehouse environment and helps ensure high quality products reach our retail locations. Key Responsibilities Sort, process, and prepare donated items for resale based on quality and condition Clean, pre prep, hang, tag, and price merchandise according to established guidelines Identify items suitable for resale versus recycling Use brand knowledge and resale experience to help determine the value of items Assist with warehouse organization and inventory flow Meet or exceed daily production quotas Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training may be provided if needed) Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 2 years of production, warehouse, or similar experience preferred Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus Brand awareness, thrift/resale experience, or product valuation knowledge preferred Ability to meet production goals and work efficiently Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Requirements A mature walk with Jesus Christ and able to articulate Biblical beliefs and their application within the context of the Fresno Mission.
