ABOUT THE ROLE

The Thrive Administration Officer is responsible for high level administration and executive support for the leadership team and for providing senior academics within Thrive timely and professional administrative support to enable quality outcomes. This is a part time position at three days per week.

IF SUCCESSFUL IN APPLYING FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Providing proactive, efficient, and professional administrative support to the Thrive Directors, ensuring the timely execution of tasks such as diary management, expense processing, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Offering ad hoc support to the Thrive team to facilitate the smooth implementation of the project, including event coordination, reporting, meeting organization, and general HR duties.Providing accurate, responsive and timely advice and assistance to staff, and external stakeholders.

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in high-level administration, executive support, project coordination or similar roles.
