Mandatory Skills Minimum experience of 4 years in TIBCO TIBCO BussinessWorks, EMS, RV, Administrator Integration of Java applications using TIBCO RV Integration of .Net applications using TIBCO RV Rich Experience of Software Engineering Process Rich Experience in Design Experience with CMMI process Various Reviews and Best practices, adherence to Quality Guidelines Experience in Efforts Estimation, iterative scheduling Team handling and mentoring Desirable Java UML Chip manufacturing domain experience Experience of Knowledge acquisition on existing applications from other teams. Experience in Application which is in Management & Maintenance [Defects, Change Requests]. Responsibilities

The Technical Lead will be responsible for designing and integrating Java and .Net applications using TIBCO technologies. They will also handle team mentoring, effort estimation, and ensure adherence to quality guidelines and CMMI processes.
