DESCRIPTION:
The Integration Architect plays a pivotal role in leading the integration of the E-Commerce Digital Ordering Platform. As an experienced enterprise Integration Architect, this role involves defining the overall enterprise messaging architecture with a special focus on integrating messaging solutions such as TIBCO and Artemis. This role guides the organization’s digital transformation by steering the strategic direction of the messaging architecture, ensuring seamless integration across platforms, and enhancing the performance of the digital ordering system.
The Integration Architect leads the design, development, and integration of messaging solutions, develops and maintains the messaging architecture roadmap, provides thought leadership, and drives the organization’s strategy for enterprise messaging architecture and integration practices.
NOTE: This is a remote position with leadership team in Louisville, KY office location

Lead the design, development, and integration of messaging solutions for the enterprise, focusing on TIBCO and Artemis.
Develop and maintain the messaging architecture roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives and technology goals.
Provide thought leadership and drive the organization’s strategy for enterprise messaging architecture and integration practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, IT, and Business units, to design, build, and integrate scalable messaging solutions.
Ensure that the E-Commerce Digital Ordering Platform is seamlessly integrated with enterprise messaging systems, improving speed, security, and reliability of order processing.
Lead the integration of various back-end and front-end systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the messaging and integration landscape.
Define best practices and standards for the use of messaging technologies within the organization, ensuring consistent application across teams.
Provide expertise and guidance on TIBCO messaging solutions (e.g., EMS, BusinessWorks, ActiveMatrix) and Artemis for real-time messaging, queues, and topics.
Drive the continuous improvement of integration patterns, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and event-driven architecture (EDA) solutions.
Provide oversight and mentorship to junior architects and technical teams, driving alignment in technology decisions.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of third-party solutions that complement and integrate with existing platforms.
Participate in the PRODUCTION incidents triages to provide a quick mitigation plans from recovery as well as options to find out the Root Cause.
Perform the Messaging Administrative operations activities in terms of monitoring the queues, diverts and Ensure message durability, failover, and clustering configurations are optimize.
Manage installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of TIBCO EMS and Artemis.
Tune JMS queues, topics, and persistence settings to optimize performance.
Debug issues related to message loss, duplication, or out-of-order processing.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues, slow consumers, and high message backlogs.
Optimize producer-consumer throughput and avoid message bottlenecks.
