As a Ticket Agent, you’ll ensure an efficient and positive travel experience for our passengers by:

  • Advising on schedules, fares, routes, and travel planning.
  • Issuing tickets and confirming reservations for individuals and groups.
  • Handling cash, debit, and credit transactions with accuracy.
  • Providing baggage tagging and support during loading/unloading.
  • Assisting with lost baggage inquiries and travel-related support.
  • Maintaining accurate transaction records and a clean, professional ticket counter.
  • Supporting special services like package tours and charters.
  • Delivering service that meets or exceeds customer expectations—every time
