Description Supervisor: Ticket Office Manager/Front Desk Administrator Department: Ticket Office Position Summary: Determine whether or not the guests have the appropriate tickets to ride the lift and report any occurences to the Ticket Office Manager Job Relationships: Responsible To: Guests, Ticket Office Manager, Front Desk Administrator Employees Supervised: None Inter- Relationships: Work well with lift operation staff and Ticket Office Manager to better serve our guests. Duties and Responsibilities: Check tickets Scan season passes Assist lift operators (i.e. if they find a guest with no valid ticket to escort the guest to Ticket Office or call Patrol, whichever is required). Additional duties may be assigned Requirements Qualifications: Certification: None Experience: None Other Requirements: Prefer ability to ski and/or snowboard. Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers, have an aptitude for mathematics. Environmental Factors: Exposure to extreme outdoor environment Exposure to hazards of moving machinery Sitting or standing for extended periods of time Continuous interaction with guests Guest facing position. Responsibilities
