What is the role?
We have an exciting opportunity in our Ticketing Team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and optimisation of our ticketing systems, enhancing both the front and back end journeys and processes. This role covers ticketing for Football and a range of other events at the stadium, with exciting potential for growth as our entertainment offering expands. We’re looking for someone with some existing systems knowledge and experience who can develop into a master user—driving online sales, boosting revenue, and continually evolving the user experience through innovative technology and fresh ideas.
What will you be doing?
You will learn, understand and master the different systems we use (including Ticketing and Access) while taking full responsibility for the systems including troubleshooting issues and training other staff members.
By looking for and presenting any opportunities for growth you will bring new ideas and develop plans which continue evolving the ticketing function in the right direction. Building on relationships with our ticketing provider and others across the club will go along side this while you ensure you are representing the club in the correct manner.
You will be responsible for ‘On Sale’ periods and produce weekly and monthly reports based on sales and online usage. Driving additional revenue and a higher online sales percentages whilst constantly improving the user journey and adding new technology and methods to push the dial.
