Description Job Title: Ticket/Season Pass Sales Type of Position: Full-Time and Part-Time seasonal Schedule: 8+hr/wk. part time or 32+hr/wk. full time Pay: Starts at $20.00/hr. depending on experience Job Posting Deadline: November 07, 2025 Working at the Loveland Ticket Office gives employees an opportunity to be the first to greet customers and start the wonderful experience that Loveland is known for. All departments work together to provide a friendly family environment that keeps generations coming back. Loveland is an exciting ski area, and it shows when the employees are happy and enjoy what they do. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities. Summary Customer service and ticket sales are the main job in the ticket office. Season pass sales are also done only when properly trained and approved by the manager. All employees are responsible for their own cash drawers that are to be turned in at the end of the day. Tickets are sold at the said price of the ski area unless discounted by valid promotions. Promotions may include coupons, special events, and pass discounts. All employees assist to stock necessary items such as area maps, ticket stock and zip-ties so they are always full. Items in storage will need to be brought up the stairs on occasion and can be heavy. Snow shoveling and spreading ice melt are to be done when needed, clearing the Ticket Office and surrounding area. The manager or supervisor should be notified of any safety concerns. All employees are to assist in cleaning on a regular basis. Cleaning includes but is not limited to counter tops, vacuuming, washing windows, and the bathroom located downstairs. Trash pickup outside the ticket office and surrounding areas is to be always picked up by all employees Essential Functions Selling Tickets Helping customers with online purchase recall Stocking maps, zip ties, and tickets Cash handling Helping with season pass fulfillment Directing customers Requirements Computer keyboarding skills 10 key calculator proficiency. POS knowledge. Speed and accuracy counting cash. Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs. What’s in it for You? Ticket Office Employees may get extra ski time and leave earlier than other departments. The busiest time is between 8am and 2pm. Management approval is required before any employee is allowed to punch out or leave, this privilege is rotated between Ticket Office Employees. Employees may ski at certain other ski areas on days off through the Real Deal program. Special discounts are offered, in varying degrees, in most departments. Eligible for sick pay May be eligible for Limited Medical, Limited Dental, Accident, Hospital, and Critical Care Insurance, must work at least two days a week.
