Temple University's Athletics Department is searching for a Ticket Sales Account Executive. Salary Grade: T24 Learn more about the “T” salary structure here: https://careers.temple.edu/sites/careers/files/documents/T_Salary_Structure.pdf Position Summary: Reporting to the Assistant Athletics Director for Ticket Sales, the Coordinator of Ticket Sales & Data Analytics will lead all ticket communications to drive ticket sales. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: create emails, both design and copy, that are sent to the Athletics database regarding renewals, events, incentives, ticket promotions, and more; create graphics, GIFS, videos, infographics, and other marketing designs to use in email campaigns; pull and segment lists used for all communications; evaluate communications strategy using open rates, click-through-rates, came from codes, impressions, page views, and other analytics; assist in efforts to drive the sale of season tickets, corporate ticket packages, partial plans, group tickets and single-game tickets; work home sports games and perform various ticket sales and service duties throughout the games; and assist in development of new and creative ticket package options. This is a highly creative and skilled role and essential knowledge of Adobe Design platforms is a plus. Coordinator of Ticket Sales & Data Analytics will perform other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree sports management, business management, marketing or another related field required. At least one year of experience in sports sales or related field Preferred Previous experience with a wide variety of CRM, analytical, ticket sales, including Excel, Salesforce, Ticketmaster, Vivenu, Vozzi and Hive. Demonstrated advanced proficiency with MS Excel Required Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge and experience utilizing an email marketing platform (preferably Hive). Ability to work well on a team and across teams is essential in this role. The ability to manage several tasks and/or projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
