Salary: $19.94 to $24.26 per hour

Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Information Officers / Ticket Sales Admin staff work as part of a team to provide ski hill guests with a positive, effective and efficient interaction and experience.

Information Officer duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with guest inquiries, bookings, sales and cash handling.
  • General daily administration/reception duties for all departments.
  • Operate cash register and point-of-sales system.
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints.
  • This position primarily works indoors.
  • Assisting with other departmental duties as operationally required.

  • Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of park facilities/services, especially Hidden Valley Ski Resort.
