Title: Ticketing & Revenue Manager Location: Remote Compensation: The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 - $120,000, with the final figure determined by your specific experience and qualifications. The Opportunity: Ticketing & Revenue Manager You’ll own CAMP’s ticketing P&L across all digital and on-site channels: pricing, inventory, conversion, forecasting, and cross-sells. Your mission: grow top-line ticket revenue while maintaining excellent guest flow and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Revenue Optimization: Design and lead revenue strategies (dynamic pricing, bundling, promotions) to maximize ticket yield and per-guest spend Conversion & E-commerce: Monitor conversion metrics (online and in-person) and work with marketing/tech to reduce drop-off and cart abandonment Platform Management: Oversee ticketing platform(s) configuration, including inventory tiers, timed-entry, dynamic rules, and promos System Integration: Integrate ticketing with CRM, POS, membership, and cross-sell modules Performance Analysis: Produce dashboards and analytics for daily/weekly/monthly performance: revenue by channel, attach rates, variance, forecasting Capacity Planning: Lead event/seasonal planning and capacity modeling Financial Integrity: Collaborate with Finance to reconcile revenue, manage variance, and ensure integrity What You’ll Bring Experience: 5+ years in ticketing, admissions, revenue, or guest operations within attractions, museums, live events, theme parks, or experiential retail Results: Demonstrated success increasing ticket sales through pricing, bundling, or conversion strategies Technical Fluency: Deep fluency with a ticketing system (Accesso, Gateway, Tessitura, AudienceView, etc.) Analytical Skills: Strong analytics skills (Excel, BI tools, dashboards) Leadership: Proven experience managing sales / guest-facing teams Communication: Excellent stakeholder communication across Ops, Marketing, Finance, and Tech Nice-to-Haves Direct experience with dynamic pricing or yield management systems Experience with memberships or subscription models A/B testing and conversion optimization experience Membership in INTIX or other ticketing industry networks Benefits & Perks Medical Coverage & Pharmacy Benefits including virtual doctor visits Dental & Vision Coverage Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life & AD&D Insurance Long Term Disability Voluntary coverage such as Short-Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity Mass Transit & Commuter Parking Programs 20% off fertility and family planning services Gym and Wellness Discounts Voluntary Pet Insurance 401(k) Plan (Employee contribution only) Employee Assistance Program 20% off all merchandise at CAMP Flexible Paid Time Off Parental leave that supports our team members and their families Paid holidays
