Description Supervisor: Ticket Office Manager/Front Desk Administrator Department: Ticket Office Position Summary: Sell lift tickets, assist customers with questions Job Relationships: Responsible To: Guests, Ticket Office Manager, Front Desk Administrator Employees Supervised: None Inter- Relationships: Constant communication with other co-workers in the Ticket Office to better serve our guests. Duties and Responsibilities: Sell lift tickets Keep an accurate cash count Know the most current/up-to-date information at 49° North: a. Events; b. Snow report Data Entry Additional duties may be assigned a. Ticket Checking b. Answering Phones c. Assisting the Front Desk d. Processing Season Passes e. Other Job Related Duties Requirements Qualifications: Certification: None Experience: Cash handling experience preferred, computer experience preferred Other Requirements: Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers, have an aptitude for mathematics. Environmental Factors: Continuous interaction with guests Exposure to cold temperatures Sitting or standing for extended periods of time Guest facing position.
