Description
We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and hands-on problem solver who never gives up easily. Someone passionate about understanding how complex systems work - from software logic to mechanical components, and who thrives on cracking tough challenges. If you love learning, collaborating, and turning investigation into actionable insights, this role is for you Responsibilities • Investigate and analyze complex UAS systems to identify root causes of failures and drive fast, effective solutions, both software and mechanical. • Perform updates and configurations for servers, flight computers, payloads, and other subsystems. • Master and maintain the JIRA workspace managing processes, task tracking, and system configuration while ensuring team wide clarity and order. • Become a technical authority: write user guides, troubleshooting documents, and detailed investigation reports for critical issues. • Support flight and operations teams worldwide, assisting with demos, training, and daily operational needs. • Work closely with R&D, software, mechanical, and operations teams to continuously improve performance and reliability. Requirements • Higher education in a relevant technical or engineering field – advantage. • Experience with UAS platforms/UAV – knowledge of ArduPilot/Betaflight or similar systems is a strong plus. • Experience working with JIRA/Monday/Salesforce or equivalent task and project management systems. • High level of English (both spoken and written) – a must. • Strong communication skills and the ability to document findings and procedures clearly. • Familiarity with Linux, networks, and general software environments – advantage. • Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to take full ownership of assigned tasks. • Naturally curious, methodical, and collaborative, with a passion for technology and structured problem solving.
Responsibilities
Investigate and analyze complex UAS systems to identify root causes of software and mechanical failures. Maintain the JIRA workspace and create technical documentation and user guides to support global flight operations.
