T-Rex Solutions is looking for a fully cleared Teir 1 Help Desk Administrator to join our dynamic team at Ft. Meade, MD in support of the Intelligence Community. Responsibilities: Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure Shifts: Sat - Sun 6am-8pm & Mon 6am-2pm (Training M-F 6am-2pm) Requirements: Bachelor's and 5 years of related experience or 10 years of related experience without a degree. CompTIA A+ CE CompTIA Network+ CE Active TS/SCI w/ FSP required.
