REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong technical expertise in desktop/laptops, software, MAC, mobile phones, connectivity, and enterprise printers
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 & Windows 11 Active Directory, Intune, and enterprise printer management

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience working with MAC systems and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Onsite work 5 days/week, 8am-5pm
