We are looking for a new member to join our team of architectural craftsmen. The ideal candidate needs to have a background in metal fabrication, fitting and sheet metal work. This is a secure long term position due to ongoing success at the business. We use a variety of different materials to create a high-end product for our customers, while working to very close tolerances. A good eye for detail is required.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to engineering specifications
- Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to cut, shape, and bend metal
- Operate sheet metal equipment and tooling to produce desired components
- Weld or join metal pieces together using various welding techniques
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
- Experience in metal fabrication and working with sheet metal
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and ability to operate welding equipment
- Familiarity with hand tools and machinery used in metal fabrication processes
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday - 7:00am - 2:30pm
Opportunity of overtime hours at time and a half rate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £15.00-£16.20 per hour
