JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. This role involves welding a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, both in-shop and on-site. You’ll have opportunities for growth through hands-on experience, training, and certifications including CWB qualification and Welder Apprenticeships.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of TIG welding experience in a custom or job shop environment (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of welding processes, safety practices, and equipment use.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit – able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in various environments: heights, confined spaces, noisy/dusty areas.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Mix of indoor shop and outdoor site work
  • Exposure to heights, confined spaces, and loud/dusty conditions
