JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a highly skilled TIG Welder / Fabricator to join our growing team. This role requires a high level of precision and attention to detail. You’ll be working on custom metal components that demand clean welds, expert fabrication, and consistent surface finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials
• Carry out fabrication tasks including cutting, forming, grinding, and fitting components
• Apply texturing and surface finishing techniques such as brushing, polishing, and directional graining
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and shop plans
• Assemble parts with precision and ensure clean, presentable final products
• Use various shop equipment including shears, brakes, saws, and hand tools
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of TIG welding experience (aluminum and stainless preferred)
• Strong fabrication experience in a custom or precision environment
• Hands-on experience with metal surface texturing and finishing
• Ability to read blueprints and work from technical drawings
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain tight tolerances
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in small teams
• Must be dependable, punctual, and take pride in quality craftsmanship

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with architectural or artistic metalwork
• Familiarity with polishing, brushing, or patina techniques
• Previous work in a high-end fabrication or product development environment
