Responsibilities:
-Must have own tools for site work.
-Fitting and tig welding is must required
-Sanitary stainless steel welding and fabrication.
-Pipe fitting and sanitary tube welding
-Stainless steel Tank fitting and welding
-Process skid building and fitting experience.
-Must know sanitary 3A standards
- Must have Prior Tube and pipe fitting experience
-Must be able to read P&IDs and Iso drawings.
-Must be able to work without supervision.
-Must have experience working on sites.
- Able to work weekends and do overtime when required
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including Tig welders
- Weld components in flat, vertical, overhead positions or 6G
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance
- Clean and maintain welding equipment and work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Skills:
- Proficient specifically in Tig welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in a welding environment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Must have experience welding stainless steel.
-Structural fitting and Welding Experience is required.
Note: Prior experience operating a forklift or knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes is a plus.
