Description Perform welding production activities as work orders and production schedules dictate. Work together with Production Manager and Inventory/Purchasing to meet production needs on a daily basis. Scope of Position may include: Weld assemblies according to manufacturer's directions and specifications and utilizing fixtures. Assist in the development and creation of new fixtures for products old and new. Complete work tasks as indicated by work orders and production schedules. Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Manager. Completion of Inventory and Production documentation. Work in a safe and clean manner by complying with procedures, rules, and company policies. Stage welded product in a neat and orderly fashion. Cross training (Both participate in learning and teaching already known tasks/positions) Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis. Requirements Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma/GED. Strong attention to detail. Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary. 2+ years of TIG Welding experience. Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously. Ability to prioritize, plan and execute. Ability to work independently. Manufacturing experience desired. Job Type: Full-Time Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Paid time off. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts - 7:30am – 4pm. Environment: Climate controlled.
