Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts with a three-day weekend! 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3 AM (10% pay differential!) Initial Training on 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM Responsibilities: Set up and layout jobs using blueprints and diagrams. Operate machines to trim, size, form, inspect, and weld materials. Perform welding in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead). Inspect and maintain welding equipment. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Ability to read blueprints and use basic math. Stand for long periods and occasionally lift 25-45 lbs. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. U.S. person status required. TIG welding experience preferred but not required.
