Flex metallic is an established metallic hose assembly manufacturer an are looking to expand our workforce. there is a requirement for a Tig Welder to join our skilled team based on the outskirts of Northampton. You will be using a wide range of jigs, fixtures, welding plant, motorised turntable and associated equipment to assemble and weld an assortment of Stainless Steel Metallic hose products to exacting standards. The successful candidate would have a good knowledge of Tig welding and be prepared to develop their welding skills to suit hose manufacturing processes.

SKILLS:

• Experience in Tig welding of light gauge stainless steel
• ability to use motorised welding rotator / turntable
• Good communication skills
• Experience in a small/medium batch size production environment preferable
• Able to read and follow standardised works instruction
