Als Collections Officer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van jouw eigen klantenportefeuille. Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? Het beheren van jouw debiteurenportefeuille Het zorgvuldig monitoren van hun financiële staat Telefonisch & per mail in contact staan met de klanten Ervoor zorgen dat de klanten tijdig hun facturen betalen Het opvolgen van de in- & outbound telefonie op een professionele manier Het beantwoorden van de vragen & klachten van de klanten m.b.t. facturen Functie-eisen Details gaan aan jou niet voorbij Je bent target-minded & een teamplayer Je bent vlot drietalig (Nederlands/Frans/Engels) Ervaring in een financiële, analytische of administratieve richting is een plus Aanvullende informatie Radius is een werkgever die gelijke kansen biedt.
