Job Description TikTok Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing) We are currently scaling our presence on TikTok and looking for a data-driven specialist who speaks the language of the platform. You will manage high-scale budgets, turning scroll-stopping creatives into measurable ROI for our European markets The Role Full-Funnel Management: Build, launch, and optimize TikTok campaigns across multiple EU markets. Creative Directing: Brief and collaborate with the creative team/creators to produce TikTok-native content that converts. Testing Roadmap: Design and execute a rigorous creative and incrementality testing framework for hooks, audiences, and bidding strategies. Owning the Numbers: Take full accountability for the KPIs, proactively reallocate budget to capture growth and reduce inefficiency What You Get Real ownership: You own the channel strategy. Qualifications What We Expect Proven Scaler: You have a track record of scaling TikTok Ads budgets profitably. Creative Intuition: A deep understanding of creative-led performance. You either know why a hook works, or you have the discipline to let the data override your intuition and double-down on it. Technical Literacy: Experience with attribution challenges, incrementality testing, LTV modelling; you can configure tracking and clearly articulate why data varies across TikTok, MMP, and internal dashboards. Execution & Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who combines clear communication with strong interpersonal skills Scientific and analytical skills: You are a structured thinker who builds cohesive testing plans, not a series of random experiments. You are comfortable slicing data, spotting patterns, identifying root cause. English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher Strong Plus Ukrainian language Experience in high-volume e-commerce. Familiarity with incrementality testing frameworks (Geo-testing, conversion lifts). Experience working across multiple EU markets (DE, FR, PL, etc.). The Perks 100% remote work.
