TikTok is a new channel for us and we’re looking for a TikTok Affiliate Creator Manager to recruit and grow a community of creators who can share our story, drive sales, and produce engaging UGC content based in central London.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for finding, recruiting, and supporting TikTok creators to join our affiliate programme. You’ll also build an engaged creator community and encourage the production of high-quality UGC content that we can repurpose across other platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and recruit TikTok creators (micro & mid-tier) in wellness, lifestyle, and longevity niches.
• Run direct outreach campaigns via TikTok Creator Marketplace, DMs, and email.
• Onboard creators into our TikTok Shop affiliate programme and support them with product seeding.
• Build and manage a creator community through regular communication, updates, and engagement.
• Encourage and brief creators to produce authentic UGC content for brand use across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Monitor performance metrics (affiliate sales, content output, engagement) and optimise recruitment and content strategies.
• Work from office min 3 days a week.
