MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  • A graduate with a passion for content creation and social commerce, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree or above in 2023 or onwards.
  • Available to start in May 2025.
  • Experience in video editing using CapCut, TikTok’s creative tools, or similar software.
  • A strong understanding of TikTok trends, engagement tactics, and best practices for e-commerce content.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Loves content creation—whether it’s editing videos, testing trends, or optimizing TikTok content.
  • Has experience using CapCut, TikTok’s creative tools, or other video editing software.
  • Is obsessed with TikTok Shop and understands how content drives engagement and sales.
  • Has a bias for action—a self-starter who takes ownership and problem-solves proactively.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment, learning quickly while maintaining attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Creating & optimizing content – Work with brands, creators, and affiliates to develop high-quality, engaging TikTok Shop content.
  • Editing videos & experimenting with trends – Use CapCut and other tools to refine content for better performance.
  • Supporting brand partnerships – Assist in onboarding and managing beauty brands, helping them optimize their TikTok presence.
  • Analyzing content performance – Use data to understand what works, test different creative formats, and improve engagement.
  • Executing key initiatives – Support campaigns, promotions, and sales events to drive revenue.
