Sterling Forever is a fast-growing ecommerce jewelry brand known for our trend-forward designs and strong presence on platforms like TikTok Shop. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented TikTok Content Creator to help support our live shopping experiences.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a TikTok Content Creater, you will play a critical role in our TikTok Shop shows—producing engaging, on-brand LIVE TikToks that captivate our audience and drive growth. You will be moderating and managing live chat, supporting the host, and helping to execute real-time sales strategies like flash sales and coupon drops. You’ll also work behind the scenes using TikTok Seller Center and Live Studio tools to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our audience.

• Monitor and moderate live chat: respond to FAQs, remove inappropriate content, and maintain brand tone
• Produce engaging, on-brand videos that captivate audience and drive growth
• Assist with executing live promotions (flash sales, coupon drops, product pinning)
• Quickly identify and flag technical or inventory issues during the stream
• Collaborate with the host and team to maintain high energy and engagement throughout the livestream
• Collect and report customer questions, feedback, and trends after each session
• Support additional marketing or stream-related tasks as needed
