Job Title: TikTok Creator & Affiliate Manager Type: Full-time; Remote Schedule: US Time zone The Role We are looking for a passionate and results-driven TikTok Creator Affiliate Manager to be the bridge between us and our community of creators. Your primary mission will be to recruit, onboard, and nurture a network of TikTok creators into our affiliate program. You will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships, empowering creators to succeed, and driving significant revenue growth through their content. You are the perfect fit if you live and breathe TikTok, understand creator culture, and get excited about building a community from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Creator Recruitment & Sourcing: Proactively identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential TikTok creators whose audience and content align with our brand and target demographic. Onboarding & Education: Guide new creators through a seamless onboarding process, educating them on our platform, our affiliate program mechanics, and best practices for promoting products. Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for your portfolio of creators. Build strong, trust-based relationships through regular communication, check-ins, and strategic support. Strategy & Growth: Work collaboratively with creators to develop effective content and promotion strategies that drive conversions and maximize their earning potential. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for the affiliate program, including sales, conversion rates, and creator performance. Use these insights to optimize the program. Community Building: Foster a sense of community among our creators, encouraging collaboration and sharing of best practices. Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the creator" within our, providing critical feedback from creators to our product, marketing, and operations teams to help improve our platform and services. Who You Are: You have 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, affiliate management, or a similar role. You are an avid user of TikTok with a deep understanding of its trends, algorithms, and culture. You know what makes content go viral. A natural "people person" with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You enjoy building relationships and are a persuasive and engaging communicator. You are highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple creator relationships and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment. You are data-informed, comfortable with metrics, and use data to guide your decisions and strategies. You are ambitious, resilient, and resourceful. You see challenges as opportunities and are excited by the prospect of building something significant from the early stages. Bonus Points if you have: Experience working at a startup, personal experience as a content creator, or existing connections within the TikTok creator community.
