A Cotswold-based boutique pet store with a big personality. We’re passionate about pets, obsessed with great products, and always looking for fun, creative ways to connect with our customers. Our TikTok Lives have become a key part of how we sell, showcase, and celebrate our products — and now, we’re looking for a confident, camera-loving Live Host to take them to the next level.

THE ROLE

As our TikTok Live Host, you’ll be the face (and voice) of our Live shopping shows. You’ll present products, engage viewers, answer questions in real-time, and keep the energy high from start to finish. Whether you’re showcasing the best natural dog treats, unboxing exciting new stock, or running giveaways, your job is to make every Live fun, informative, and irresistible to watch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Host engaging, on-brand TikTok Lives to promote and sell our products in real-time.
• Confidently present, demonstrate, and explain products (especially pet food, treats, toys, and accessories).
• Interact with viewers through the chat — answering questions, reading comments, and building a loyal audience.
• Follow a planned show structure while being ready to improvise and react naturally.
• Work with our marketing team to plan content, themes, and promotions for Lives.
• Help set up and prepare the Live space, including product displays, lighting, and tech.
• Monitor performance and help suggest ways to improve engagement and sales.
