Contract Type: Part-Time, 5 days per week (including weekends and evenings). Minimum 20 hours (up to 35 hours available)
Working Hours: Flexible, based on live stream schedule. Some evenings and weekends are required.

OVERVIEW

Trusty Pet Supplies are looking for a confident, energetic, and creative TikTok Live Host to become the face of our brand on TikTok. As a key part of our content and sales strategy, you’ll be hosting engaging live sessions to promote our range of pet products, drive conversions, and grow our TikTok presence.
This role is perfect for someone with a big personality, a natural flair for sales, and a love for pets. You’ll be on the front line of an exciting and fast-moving digital sales channel, playing a vital role in the growth of our e-commerce business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Charismatic, confident, and comfortable speaking on camera.
  • Proven ability to entertain, sell, and hold an audience’s attention.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with viewers.
  • Passion for pets and genuine enthusiasm for our product range.
  • Self motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on live schedule.
  • Comfortable using TikTok and understanding of current trends, hashtags and best practices.
  • Experience hosting TikTok Lives or other livestream shopping content.
  • Able to work from our Derby based TikTok studio
Responsibilities
  • Host engaging TikTok Lives: Present and sell products in a fun, energetic, and informative way that connects with our audience and encourages purchases.
  • Drive sales & conversion: Maintain a strong focus on product promotion, upselling, and conversion during live streams.
  • Content creation: Collaborate with our team to create short-form TikTok content (e.g. trending videos, product demos, behind the scenes) to support brand engagement and reach.
  • Platform growth: Actively contribute to strategies aimed at growing our TikTok follower base, increasing views, and enhancing live engagement.
  • Product knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our pet products to effectively communicate features, benefits and offers.
  • Audience interaction: Engage with live viewers through comments and shout outs, building rapport and fostering community.
  • Performance feedback: Monitor and report on live performance metrics to continually improve and refine content and delivery.
