Responsibilities
Global SMB Marketing Mission: To enable small businesses’ success through scalable, relevant solutions by delivering innovative, data-driven scaled marketing solutions with measurable business impact. Responsible for full-funnel regional marketing initiatives and adaptation through end-to-end partnership, events, content enablement and quality leads generation. The EMEA SMB Marketing team is seeking to hire 1 intern for 2025 to be placed in Dubai and support the META region, our fastest growing region across EMEA and currently only supported by 2 FTEs. We’re looking for a 6-month hire to support the region across a variety of activities with a focus on measurement and nurturing activities in preparation for Summer and NSD campaigns. Responsibilities: - Support the achievement of SMB adoption and revenue growth goals by assisting with innovative strategies and educational initiatives for priority campaigns in the META Region, in preparation for Summer campaigns and National Saudi Day. - Assist in managing the campaign lifecycle, including email creation, A/B testing, reporting and optimising email campaigns. Manage AGP - previous Marketo and similar experience required. - Contribute to the creation of program narratives and sales materials for seasonal and ongoing campaigns. Assist in planning and organizing programs and events, coordinating deliverables with cross-functional teams (SMB Sales, Product teams, Growth teams) to drive leads, new cash activations, and revenue growth for TikTok advertising solutions. - Support the tracking and analysis of campaign performance, working closely with our Data team and helping identify areas for improvement and recommending optimizations. - Help advocate for SMB customers by supporting internal teams in prioritizing SMB needs and developing data-driven solutions. - Share best practices and work with regional teams to contribute to overall campaign success. - Assist in broader team initiatives, using insights to inform program and content needs, and helping to communicate strategies and timelines to cross-functional partners and stakeholders. - Overall, contribute with ideas, creative content design and development relevant to Small medium businesses.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Digital, Business or related fields. - Available to start full-time immediately for a duration of 6 months. - Possess good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to actively communicate and cooperate with POCs from various departments. - Be proficient in using common office software, such as Excel and Word, powerpoint and have a certain ability to analyze data. - Passion for content, social media and MENA Market trends. - Ability or openness to use platforms like Splash, Canva, Survey. Preferred Qualifications - A strong learning ability, be curious about new things, and be able to quickly master the basic knowledge and work process related to resource allocation. - Be conscientious, careful and rigorous at work, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to complete various assigned tasks as required. - Proficiency in Arabic is preferred for smoother collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
