Responsibilities
The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it’s launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team’s contributions are essential to TikTokShop’s success in SEA.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years in marketing strategy, campaign marketing, or media buying with digital marketing experience, etc. with a focus in E-Commerce. Proven track record in leading successful marketing initiatives in SEA.
  • Campaign Strategy & Management: Strong background in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, particularly within the context of E-commerce.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data from campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize results. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to translate findings into actionable marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Brand Consistency: Experience ensuring brand consistency across marketing assets while embracing creative innovation to enhance campaign impact.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present campaign insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Proficiency in Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Management: Develop and lead the execution of TikTok Shop marketing campaigns aimed at driving sales and brand awareness. Focus on both organic and paid content strategies to reach targeted audiences.
  • Brand Consistency & Creative alignment: Ensure that all TikTok Shop campaigns remain consistent with the brand’s voice, identity, and guidelines. Collaborate with the creative team/agency to ensure content aligns with the brand while allowing for innovative and engaging approaches.
  • Media Planning & Optimization: Design and manage media plans across channels, making sure campaigns are effectively targeting the right demographics while staying within budget. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Use data and insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Cross-functional & Culture collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between XFN and different teams in different regions and cultures to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and marketing strategies are culturally appropriate and locally relevant in SEA.
