Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW

As an Influencer Specialist, you will play a key role in managing relationships with TikTok creators and supporting the execution of brand campaigns. This position is remote, offering you the flexibility to collaborate with our team and deliver results from anywhere. You will focus on sourcing the best creators, building relationships, and driving measurable success for both brands and creators in the fast-evolving world of social commerce.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong track record in strategic planning.
  • Passion for Social Commerce: Strong interest in TikTok, influencer marketing, and social commerce trends.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to planning and performance evaluation, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability and Initiative: Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with minimal guidance.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to interact with creators, clients, and team members professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Creator Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with hundreds of TikTok creators to align with brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns are successful and deliver measurable results.
  • Talent Recruitment: Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who align with brand messaging, goals, and TikTok Shop trends.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing detailed insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align influencer marketing efforts with broader brand strategies and goals.
  • Strategic Contribution: Assist in creating and implementing long-term influencer marketing strategies to achieve client goals.
  • Dynamic Problem-Solving: Adapt to evolving challenges and priorities in a high-growth environment, stepping outside your comfort zone to ensure results.
  • Professional Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with creators, clients, and internal stakeholders to build trust and deliver exceptional service.
