As part of our next growth phase, we are seeking a TikTok Shop Marketing Executive to join our London team.
What You’ll Do
As a TikTok Shop Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns that drive success for our clients on TikTok Shop. Key responsibilities include:
1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:
* Develop and implement TikTok Shop marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and tailor campaign plans accordingly.
2. Influencer and Creator Management:
* Identify and recruit influencers and creators to promote client products through TikTok Shop livestreams and videos.
* Coordinate creator content, ensuring it aligns with campaign goals and TikTok’s best practices.
3. Affiliate Program Coordination:
* Manage TikTok Affiliate campaigns, collaborating with creators to boost product visibility and sales through affiliate promotions.
* Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, ensuring strong ROI for clients.
4. Livestream Marketing:
* Organize and manage TikTok Shop live sessions, working with presenters and production teams to deliver high-impact events.
* Create promotional content, including teaser videos and livestream countdowns, to maximize attendance.
5. Paid Advertising and Traffic Growth:
* Assist in managing TikTok Ads campaigns to boost sales and customer acquisition.
* Analyze traffic data to identify opportunities for improving campaign performance.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as GMV, traffic, conversion rates, and engagement.
* Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.
7. Market Research and Trend Analysis:
* Stay on top of TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
* Identify emerging opportunities for brand visibility and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a motivated and creative professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
* Education and Experience:
* A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
* 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or eCommerce (agency experience is a plus).
* Core Skills:
* Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads, and influencer marketing.
* Experience managing influencer or affiliate campaigns.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
* Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Bonus Points for:
* Experience using TikTok’s backend tools (Shop Partner, Ads Manager, or Affiliate Portal).
* Previous experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Amazon.
* Understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and community dynamics.

Pay: £30,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
