Position Title: TikTok Shop Marketplace Manager Position Overview: In this role, we are seeking a detail-oriented, entrepreneurial TikTok Shop Marketplace Manager to scale our presence on TikTok Shop. This role owns day-to-day marketplace operations, performance optimization, and affiliate management, leveraging deep knowledge of TikTok Shop operations, platforms algorithms, and data-driven decision-making. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive growth, operational excellence, and revenue within a fast-paced social commerce environment. Key Responsibilities: TikTok Shop Account & Marketplace Operations Own day-to-day management of TikTok Shop accounts, ensuring operational health, compliance, and performance optimization. Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and content alignment to maximize conversion and visibility. Maintain strong understanding of TikTok Ship policies, tolls, and evolving marketplace features. Inventory & Fulfillment Management Manage inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment to support demand and prevent stockouts. Partner with internal operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate inventory feeds and fulfillment execution. Performance Marketing Support and manage TikTok Shop advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, optimization, and performance analysis. Collaboration with creative and marketing teams to align ad strategy with platform, trends and algorithmic behaviors. Affiliate Network & Creator Partnerships Build and manage relationships with third-party affiliate networks and creators. Identify, onboard, and scale high-performing affiliates to drive incremental revenue. Analyze affiliate performance and optimize commission structures and incentives. Data Analysis & Marketplace Optimization Track KPIs include GMV, ROI, conversion rates, inventory velocity, and affiliate performance . Use data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and proactively adjust strategy. React quickly to marketplace shifts, algorithm changes, and competitive dynamics. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams across marketing, creative, operations, supply chain, and finance. Serve as a key point of contact for external partners, agencies, and affiliate networks. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. Required Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, social commerce, or marketplace management. Hands-on familiarity with TikTok Shop account operations and management. Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and fulfillment coordination. Working knowledge of PPC and performance marketing, ideally within TikTok or similar platforms. Strong understanding of the TikTok algorithm, trends, and creator ecosystem. Experience managing or working with affiliate networks and third-party partners. CPG experience is a plus but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make fast, informed decisions. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fluid marketplace with minimal oversight. Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with numerous cross-functional teams.
