SEA logistics Team is responsible to be focus on developing short term and long term cost targets and related indicators of each business to ensure a reasonable cost structure and accurate data in order to drive growth and improve the end customer experience.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement the SRO (Segment, Optimize and Rationalize) pricing strategy for Global Logistics Service.
2. Lead the pricing framework & discount management for global logistics services, to set metrics for pricing effectiveness and achieve target profitability and transaction growth for E-commerce business.
3. Work with XFN teams (including user growth, category operation, merchants management, product, finance and Logistics and supply solutions) to devise strategic pricing initiatives and drive profitability improvement
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably with logistics transportation, operation management background.
  2. 5 years of working experience in e-commerce logistics;

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have experience in Cross region and cross culture work experience is preferred. Experience in revenue management, strategic operation and logistics solution expert is a plus
  • Have a good understanding of e-commerce business, supply chain, domestic logistics and other related industries. Experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, logical thinking ability, and project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong business sense in logistics operation and has ability to think outside the box and able to take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders across the region.
