  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, following sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and order accuracy.
