Inside the Role
You will lead the Attendance Control Program at our Mt Holly Truck Plant and providing administrative and technical support to Corporate Personnel Administration. This person will maintain records and prepare statistical reports concerning recruitment, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.

Position offers a starting salary range of $25.40- $32.69 per hour USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Run the Company’s Attendance Control Program including running reports and issuing disciplines, providing guidance to Supervisors and running monthly metrics.
  • Field and resolve time and attendance system issues.
  • Run weekly ACP and CAP letters for managers.
  • Assist in blue collar hiring activities (internal and external) by preparing job postings, review applicant information and resumes for initial screening and conduct interviews when needed.
  • Assist the Disability Coordinator with management of FMLA and Workers Compensation.
  • Assist Employee Relations Specialist with ensuring new hire attendance at New Employee Orientation, completion of drug screens, medical exams, 90-day probationary reviews, etc.
  • Work with the HR Manager, Timekeeping Supervisor, and Union Representatives to ensure accuracy of the quarterly Attendance Bonus.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent); or an Associate’s Degree with 1 year of related experience required
  • Excellent computer skills to include database, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency required
  • Microsoft Office suite, Excel experience a plus.
  • Ability to self manager time and priorities.
  • An attached resume is required

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Bachelor of Science in Human Resources preferred
  • Experience using Kronos and Workforce Management (WFM) systems preferred
