Description
We’re looking for a Time & Attendance Specialist to support accurate time registration, payroll inputs, and system operations across the European West Cluster. About the Role In this role, you will manage daily T&A system operations, ensure payroll input accuracy, and provide functional support for UKG. You’ll play a key part in stabilising processes during a transition period, with a particular focus on the Netherlands. You’ll collaborate closely with HR Operations, Payroll, Operations, and the Product Owner – Time & Attendance. *This position is located in either Amsterdam or Tilburg, Netherlands How You Will Contribute T&A System Operations & Payroll Outputs (Cluster Scope) Prepare, validate, and deliver standard payroll input files from UKG (e.g., overtime, allowances, TvT/leave usage) aligned to agreed payroll calendars. Run system‑based checks and rule validations to ensure accurate time registration and payroll inputs; flag exceptions to local HR Ops/Payroll for resolution. Monitor daily T&A processes, interfaces, and cut‑offs to ensure data flows correctly and on time into payroll systems. Support payroll cut‑offs through oversight and reporting (no employee‑facing case handling). Functional Support & Configuration Assistance Serve as the functional escalation point for T&A system questions from HR Ops and Operations. Provide functional UKG support (user access, roles, workflows, delegation setup, standard troubleshooting). Support testing, releases, and change implementation under the guidance of the Product Owner. Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and system documentation to enable consistent use across the cluster. Reporting, Data Quality & Governance Partner with BI/reporting teams on standard T&A definitions, data logic, and system insights. Track recurring data‑quality issues and trends; drive root‑cause resolution with HR Ops, Operations, and IT. Contribute to the standardisation and simplification of T&A processes across the cluster. Transition & Continuity Provide hands‑on system support during the transition phase—with a focus on NL—to ensure payroll stability as the cluster model is implemented. Identify recurring operational issues and contribute to automation and process improvements to reduce manual corrections and dependencies. Support the redesign and handover of local activities to the appropriate owners as the target operating model is established. Collaboration & Back‑Up Work in close collaboration with the Product Owner – Time & Attendance on priorities, improvements, and issue resolution. Act as a trained functional back‑up to the Product Owner to ensure continuity of T&A system support. What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience in Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, or HRIS/T&A system support; UKG experience is highly preferred. Comfortable working in cross‑country, matrix environments. Fluency in English; other European languages are an advantage. Clear communication and a collaborative, service‑minded approach. Ability to manage deadlines and work across countries and teams. Willingness to travel occasionally within the West Cluster. #LI-TF1
