The Timekeeper is responsible for managing employees timecards. This role involves ensuring that all data is updated in the system on time and the employees book the hours accurately under correct codes. The Timekeeper works closely with employees, managers, log issues and resolve discrepancies. Role accountabilities: Monitor employee Time cards. Chase employees with timely reminders to ensure timecards are submitted and approved within deadlines. Coordinate with employees and reporting managers to modify/correct discrepancies. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Good knowledge of timekeeping procedures Proficiency in MS Excel Organizational and multitasking skills. Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR/Accounting/Commerce preferred. 2–5 years of experience in timekeeping, administrative operations.
