Salary Range: $25.2900 - $38.9200 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.
The Payroll Timekeeper Scheduler is responsible for timekeeper functions and schedule
generation/maintenance for assigned group of employees through proficient use of Workforce
Timekeeper and Workforce Scheduler applications. Will ensure that time records are maintained in an
accurate and timely manner. Is responsible for supporting management with daily audits and edits of
the Time and Attendance application. In addition, the Payroll Timekeeper Scheduler will be expected to
handle special projects as assigned successfully meeting all required deadlines associated with such
projects. Weekend work days required on a rotational basis.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Required: Working experience with day-to-day timekeeping and scheduling operations.
Four years of hospital experience with time and attendance systems.
Preferred: Kronos application experience.

SKILLS OR OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Required: Familiarity with federal wage and hour laws. Demonstrates willingness to learn about
California wage and hour laws, learn new procedures, readily accepts new responsibilities,
participates as a team player and contributes to the success of the department. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong Customer Service
skills, organizational ability, knowledge of Hospital policies and procedures and the ability to
follow instructions. Must have the ability to use 10-key by touch.
