Description We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Timekeeping Assistant to support accurate and timely employee timekeeping for our clinical departments. This role is essential to ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance and works closely with administrative and management staff. This position is 20 hours per week, distributed across each weekday (Monday–Friday). Daily hours may vary slightly to meet operational needs, but consistent availability each weekday is required. The pay range for this position is $19.40–$21.56 per hour, based on experience. Requirements Previous healthcare industry timekeeping and/or scheduling experience preferred Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills required Intermediate proficiency with Excel required, advanced proficiency desirable Ability and willingness to regularly communicate with a wide variety of individuals in person, by phone, and via text message and email Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees and team members at all levels Ability to interact, communicate, and collaborate clearly and effectively with others Proficiency in spoken and written English is required and is essential to ensuring the safe, accurate, and effective care of our resident population Ability to maintain good attendance, including timely arrival Must comply with Pine Haven policies Understand, support, and be committed to Pine Haven’s Mission, Vision and Values
