Your tasks

This opportunity is a result of a temporary replacement and will have the main responsibilities:

  • Plan and optimize machine capacity and production processes.
  • Conduct machine capability, ergonomics, and methods and time measurement analysis.
  • Develop production methods, and workflows, and balance production lines.
  • Support new product launches (capacity, methods, documentation, Run at Rate analysis).
  • Create and manage Manufacturing Instructions and Control.
  • Update and modify work plans, times, and routings in SAP.

Your profile

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
  • Knowledge in Lean Tools.
  • Experience designing standard work documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage priorities.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, empathetic, emotionally intelligent, motivated and positive in the face of adversity.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
