Casual Opportunity Available Excellent opportunity to provide timetabling services and support. HEO5 $61.44 per hour + superannuation About the opportunity The Timetabling Team is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Timetable Officer to join their high performing team. In this role, you will provide a range of administrative services and operational support to the team. You will be required to prepare documents, records, and web materials, respond to queries, assess, and process a variety of applications, and source solutions related to the effective delivery of student administration services. Your key responsibilities will be to: provide general administrative services and operational support to the Timetabling Team build effective relationships and work collaboratively with all staff in the Timetabling team and staff in other areas develop appropriate organizational knowledge in self and others to ensure consistency in the provision of advice and quality administration contribute to the on-going development and updates of knowledge articles. About you excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in managing a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution, relationship building and influencing skills strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement and ability to prioritise workload during busy period sound data accuracy and numeracy skills.
