The post holder will work as part of a small team who co-ordinate and support the input of the College’s timetables ensuring effective space utilisation to support teaching and learning. You will play a key role in monitoring and maintaining the College’s timetables and course file to ensure accurate funding submissions and support our Curriculum Standards Managers, Assistant Directors and the Curriculum Data and Timetabling Manager by monitoring ongoing compliance with guidelines. You will work within the team to resolve issues as they arise such as compliance with guided learning hours, tutor utilisation and timetable requirements.
This post is for 39 weeks per year; you will be required to work the 36 student term weeks of the College academic year, plus the week following the end of term in July and the two weeks at the end of August prior to the start of term.
