Responsibilities Key Job Responsibilities: Measure, cut, and apply automotive window film to vehicle windows using a plotter machine as well as custom cutting. Use heat guns, squeegees, knives, and other tools to install film without wrinkles, bubbles, or damage. Remove old tint safely and cleanly, when necessary. Ensure a clean and dust-free work area to prevent contamination under the film. Quality Assurance Inspect work to ensure a flawless finish. Perform any necessary touch-ups or corrections before returning the vehicle to the customer. Keep detailed records of each job (film type, percentage, etc.). Maintenance & Safety Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment. Follow safety procedures when using tools, chemicals, and film materials. Keep up to date with the latest tinting technologies and regulations. Support other detail shop tasks as directed by supervisor. Working Conditions: Indoor shop environment with exposure to heat and chemicals. May involve standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Qualifications Prior experience with window tinting necessary Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Knowledge of state window tint laws (can be trained). Compensation: This is a flat rate production-based position.
