The Windshield Technician’s primary responsibility is to perform high-level windshield installs, repairs, and replacements with precision and pride in workmanship. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated to learn, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Previous windshield or automotive glass experience is welcome but not required — we provide comprehensive in‑house training for the right individual. A strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and willingness to follow safety and installation procedures are essential. * Accuracy – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. * Active Listening – Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others. * Honest/Integrity – Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace. * Working Under Pressure – Ability to complete assigned tasks even under possible stressful situations. * Perform windshield repairs, replacements, and related automotive glass services. * Use appropriate tools, equipment, and adhesives safely and correctly. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Communicate clearly with advisors and teammates.
