Cottage Smith is growing and calling all tiny home enthusiasts! As we expand to bring our innovative tiny homes or accessory dwelling units (ADUs) to multiple Atlanta territories, we’re adding a new Tiny Home Sales Consultant/Tiny Home Fanatic to our Atlanta sales team.

As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional value to homeowners by selling site-built tiny homes and ADUs to:
1. Families needing a solution for aging parents or adult children priced out of homeownership
2. Investors looking to grow wealth with rental income
3. Homeowners needing extra space for work, hobbies, or guests
4. Right-sizers who want to live simply and affordably
5. Anyone who can achieve their goals with a tiny home
You will have the opportunity to serve homeowners, your team and achieve your personal goals by:
· Completing virtual discovery calls and in-home appointments set by our call center in addition to setting appointments with your self-generated leads for a $2,500 bonus.
· Leading every customer through a structured ADU sales process to increase sales.
· Discovering customer’s pain points, problems and the feasibility of building an ADU.
· Partnering with our vetted lenders to determine financing options for customers.
· Impressing customers with customized tiny home quotes tailored to solve their biggest housing challenges.
· Uncovering and overcoming objections, confidently closing sales to hit sales and revenue goals.
· Building and nurturing leads through home shows, Realtors, industry professionals, social media and other lead gen channels.
