MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Driver – preferably within the property services/construction industry.
• Must reside within less than 1-hour drive from Fulham, London SW area.
• Must be available to start immediately or as soon as possible.
• A full, clean driver’s license is essential.
• Previous experience transporting construction / building waste or similar materials is preferred.
• Tipper truck driving experience is preferable.
• Familiarity with waste disposal protocols and regulations is preferred.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive mindset.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Motivation to work independently and as part of a team.

THE ROLE

As part of our vibrant team, you’ll be the backbone of our varied projects - from prestigious residential properties to renowned football clubs and luxury hotels. This isn’t just a job; it’s a path to master a trade.
You’ll work closely with skilled tradespeople, absorbing knowledge and skills in Drainage, Roofing, Damp, and General Building Restorations.
Your role is pivotal in delivering the top-notch service we are known for, with your attention to detail and stellar customer service skills making a real difference.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in diverse labour tasks, including equipment handling and on-site support.
• Engage in various building sites, meeting the physical demands with enthusiasm.
• Adhere to safety regulations, ensuring a secure work environment.
• You will be required to drive to sites to work and/or drive other tradespeople to our sites.
• Embrace learning and skill development for continuous improvement.
• Safely operate tipper truck to transport and dispose of building waste material.
• Load, secure, and unload building waste materials in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow route schedules and adhere to site-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and waste documentation.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, dispatchers, and facility staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper care of the vehicle and associated equipment.
• Deliver quantities of materials.
• Removing carpets from buildings to dispose of.
• Keeping areas clean and clear of rubble / building waste materials.
